This meme shows Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka, from about the sternum up, wearing his normal purple velvet jacket, oversized bow tie, and brown top hat. His hair is a bit unkempt and his head is slightly tilted to his right. It's hard to know what his expression is about. For this meme, I read it as the face of your brother, who's maybe one year older than you, who your parents left in charge. And now he's got a little smile on his face, but his eyes are kind of like, "Ooh, what can I think of to do with you now?"
