Localizing Be My Eyes - Spread the Word in Your Own Words!

Language should provide greater access, not limitation. In order to spread Be My Eyes’ message across nations and beyond English speakers, the time has come to offer localized webpages and video subtitles. The localized webpage is already up and running in Danish, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin and Hebrew and we’re inviting you to help us translate it into your native language!

Microsoft Extends Specialized Help Support to 24/7 for Be My Eyes Users

Microsoft is expanding their technical support offering for Be My Eyes users to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers who are blind or have low vision can now contact Microsoft agents directly through the Specialized Help feature of Be My Eyes at any time. This feature is only available in English.
