The LEGO Group has recently announced that it will begin selling LEGO® Braille Bricks , to provide vision impaired children and adults, and anyone interested in learning Braille, with a playful tool to support pre-Braille skill development. This initiative, started back in 2019, is part of the LEGO Group’s ongoing commitment to make its play experiences more inclusive and accessible to thousands of people worldwide who are blind or have low vision.
As part of this initiative, the LEGO Group is now partnering with Be My Eyes to bring live video assistance with their products directly in the Be My Eyes app! Starting today, LEGO fans who are blind or have low vision can reach out to a LEGO representative through the Be My Eyes app and receive support in a wide range of topics, like:

Reaching out to a LEGO representative in the Be My Eyes app is quick and easy: choose Specialized Help in the homepage of the app, select “Games and Toys” and click on LEGO Group to open their profile. From here, you can start a call and get connected with one of their agents to receive real time visual support.
LEGO play experience support on Be My Eyes is available from September 1st in the following countries: Belgium, Canada, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, United States and the United Kingdom. The service is available both in English and French, and you can reach out to LEGO representatives Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm in your local time zone.
