From East to West, North to South. The Be My Eyes Community now covers all corners of the world with more than 3 million volunteers. The volunteers are the reason that we can do what we do - the reason that people who are blind or have low vision can lead more independent lives, by having access to visual support 24/7 in more than 180 languages.

For that, we want to say a huge ‘thank you’ to each and every one of you. Thank you for downloading. Thank you for signing up. Thank you for being available. Thank you for expanding your horizons. Thank you for making a difference.

It’s not that long ago, since we hit 2 million volunteers in March, and we owe the fast growth to our committed community that helps us spread the word about Be My Eyes. We definitely won’t forget that time Steven (@Elsmoove_) tweeted about his first call, where he helped a lady pick out almond milk, or when Richard Branson (@richardbranson) shared the article written about us on Virgin. Also not to forget was when Shiraz Morgado (@ShrirazMH) tweeted about us in Spanish, or the mention from American Actor, Jonathan Tucker (@jonathanmtucker).
